that there is an individual who is advertising gutter cleaning and free quotes
Who then attends when the client has specified that they will be out ??
Does not estimate but starts the job and demands payment with menace.
Also uses 3 storey ladders without a foot man breaking Health and safety laws (3 Storey building)
This person is terrified of repercussions as he was verbally abusive to them when they told them to stop to a person in their 90's
I doubt they are insured and even registered over here
MOST IMPORTANTLY who would would intimidate an elderly person

I apologise to all our valued clients who since Tuesday 19th have tried to contact me
Chez sadly,had a close family bereavement . We had to attend the funeral Urgently at short notice.
