Members of the Kingston and St Andrew Regimental Training Academy and members from the St Catherine Regimental Training Academy participated in a intense 6 weeks swimming course at the YWCA in Spanish Town , the aim was the equipped our members with the basic knowledge of swimming skills both theory and practical .

This initiative could not be successful without the dedication of our two divisional commanders Captain D Watson and Captain J Fargharson who saw the need for the cadets under their leadership to have this basic knowledge.

Dear colleagues,

As the brigade embarks on to another year and embark on a new chapter in its members life, We want to take a moment to express our gratitude to each and every one of you. Your support, encouragement, and guidance have been instrumental in the growth and development as a core , and for that, we are forever grateful.
During our time challenges, we have had the opportunity to work even harder to ensure those challenges were overcome and addressed and collaborate with some of the brightest and experienced minds that this noble core has impacted. We will always cherish the memories that we have shared, from the ceremonial duties, courtesy duties , camps , parades , overseas exchange Programmes and several others in the office to celebratory happy hours after a successful and impactful project such as the DEA, JSIF , INL , RAP etc.
Although we have had several impactful members move on , we remain steadfast to our mandate of Molding the Builders of Safer Homes, Schools and Communities.

From the Brigade Secretariat , Board of Governors and the High Command , we want to wish our Cadetting Corps and Instructing Corps a job well done so far and continue to remain strong, committed and dedicated to our mission.

It has been an incredible journey far , one with tears, set back, though obstacles, blockages and challenges we didn’t think of overcoming , however we did overcome with the courage, and grace of our beloved Jesus Christ.

NIB journey has also been filled with success, happiness, and fulfillment in closing those who continue to serve this noble core your hard work and dedication has not gone unnoticed and you shall be rewarded in the shortest possible time .

God Speed NIB .
