Set within the intimate urban fabric of Jabal Al-Weibdeh, the design preserves an existing old Ammani house as the emotional anchor of the site. Inspired by the proportions, apertures, and material language of surrounding residential blocks and shaped by dramatic views toward Jabal Al-Qalaa.
SIJAL Institute emerges as a contemporary learning environment that harmonizes with its context while establishing a distinctive architectural identity.
The resulting form expresses lightness and openness. Floating volumes, shaded terraces, and generous windows cultivate a campus atmosphere that is intimate yet outward-looking a place where learning, culture, and community intersect.
