NYADC 103rd Judging
1921年、Art Directors Club(ADC)によって設立された、世界で最も古い広告デザインの国際賞。
今まで何度も挑戦してきた賞で審査員を務めました。
ほぼ1ヶ月に及ぶオンライン審査に始まり、最終審査はNYでディスカッション形式で行われ、各国の素晴らしい審査員たちと2日間みっちり話し合いを重ねました。
言語や文化は違えど、考えていること、クリエイティブへのこだわり、ビジュアルで世の中にインパクトを与えたいと思う強い好奇心がぶつかって、初めて会ったのにまるでずっと前から知っていたかのように噛み合って、とても良い議論ができました！
正直32歳という年齢での経験値ではまだまだ見てきているものも経験してきているものも少なく、審査をしていても、もっと別の考え方もできるのかもしれない、もっと面白い発想ができるのかもしれないと、怖くなることもありましたが、自分の中ではとても良い経験になり、今後のクリエイティブ人生に大きな影響を与えてもらいました。素敵なチームのみなさん、本当にありがとうございました！

Founded in 1921 by the Art Directors Club (ADC), this is the oldest international award for advertising design in the world.
I judged for the award, which I have tried many times before.
After a month of online judging, the final judging was held in NYC with discussion, and I spent 2 days in intensive discussions with the wonderful juries from various countries.
Although we spoke different languages and came from different cultures, our thoughts, our commitment to creativity, and our strong curiosity to make an impact on the world through visuals collided with each other, and even though we had never met before, it was as if we had known each other for a long time!
To be honest, at the age of 32 years old, I have yet to see and experience a lot of things, and even when I was judging, I was sometimes scared that I might be able to think differently or come up with more interesting ideas, but it was a great experience for me, and I am sure it will It had a great impact on my creative life.
