Jambo Kenya.

Its been a good moment off.

We are back and this time, our client is in Muranga. Powering an incubator and a hatcher.

System composed of

4*200Ah batteries
1* 3KW Hybrid invertor
4*380W solar panel. Other to be added later stages.
Associated controls .

Test results

1. On a good solar day, the batteries got fully charged within 2.5hrs.
2. Thereafter, solar energy directly supplied to the equipments
3. The batteries with a 70% reserve capacity and a DoD of 50% , lasted for 8hrs without recharge before bypass mode was activated( power from KPLC engaged).

The design was constrained to the clients financial capacity.

FRIDAY REPORT.

Today, just like any other day, we were out in the field attending to our clients call.

Problem reported

1. Instant showers not working.
2. Initial installation of Solar Water Heater accrued very high power bills, but eventually the tank burst.

In order to give a professional report and solution, one of our engineers visited the site.

Finding.

1. Solar Water heater Tank had burst as reported. This might be due to malfunctioned auto pressure release valve. This types had preheated water settings which uses mains and this was the cause for high power bills.

2. Due to the malfunctioning hot water system, the client opted for instant showers. He however did wrong design ( quick fix solutions). The supply was tapped from socket supply using a flex 2.5 sq mm 3core cable. Its results are evident. ( Sheathing burnt over time, frequent tripping of Circuit breakers, frequently malfunctioning heaters)

We have offered our solutions

1. Replace the Solar water heater and do right setting on the controller pre heating settings.

2. If above is not achievable, redesign the instant shower power circuit to guarantee RELIABILITY, DURABILITY and COST EFFECTIVENESS.

The ball in now on the clients side.

It has been a great week.

This is an automated gate. Programed to be operated by either mobile application or a uniquely programmed handheld remote control module(s). The system is installed with sensors that can sense and alert when a there is an forceful intrusion through the gate. It has safety feature to avoid operations when it sense motion through the gate. It also closes automatical if there is movemt through the gate after some seconds
