TURKANA CONSTRUCTION FUNDIS ASSOCIATION:Its a noble idea specifically to help the clients, rather than salary increments is concerned. In recent times it has come to attention of many clients being mislead by the team of unskilled personnel who purported to be professionals, only to deliver a substandard works.
The unscrupulous and unskilled personnel will give you the unworthy results, as you claim they are cheap.
Lodwar or turkana at large has got its ground and site conditions that need to be studied well before the commencement of any project. In this process the experienced foreman and skilled professionals are being sidelined in the expense of the cheap and available personnel.
The association will only highlight the challenges faced by clients during the time of perndemics like .

1. When injuries occurs on site , was the laborers observed NCA and PPE safety concerns before the start of project.

2. In the event the clients pays the personnel to work on their projects and they fail to deliver as agreed, where will you forward your case So that you will get the one personnel who will ammend or correct the mess.

3. During pre planning stage, where will clients begin and get the genuine credited information about their projects.

4. In the even their is the short term contractual works, should clients buy all sorts of equipment, like wheelbarrow, jembe,panga, etc or the organization will relieve then the stress of doing so. Instead they will provide them with the alternative at a minimum cost.

5. Substandard works like shallow foundations, low foundations and weak mixtures on site , who will come to the rescue of clients before it's late.
