But success brings challenges: delayed payments, difficult clients, dishonest competitors, material price increases, inexperienced workers, and pressure to cut corners.
Phelix faces his biggest test when PHEMA wins a major construction project. Completing it could transform the company, but a powerful competitor offers him a shortcut: use cheaper materials, falsify records, and make a large personal profit.
Phelix refuses.
The decision nearly destroys the company—but it also earns the trust of his workers, clients, and community.
