Everyone gets excited about the finishes the tiles, the paint, the roofing design. But long before any of that, there's a stage that decides whether your home will stand strong for 50+ years or start giving you problems within 5.

THAT STAGE IS RIGHT HERE:

Why this stage is so critical?
SOIL TESTING MATTERS.
Different soils carry weight differently. Skip this step, and you could be building on ground that shifts or settles unevenly over time.

Mix Ratios Are Not A Guess.
The concrete mix for your foundation needs to match the load it will carry. Too weak, and you risk cracking. This isn't somewhere to "save money" by cutting cement content.
