1. How does it work?
Becoming a technician is easy. Log in as a user on Ecolit Store Limited through our official website, and then, register as a technician.

2. How do I get work as a technician?
Work and tasks come on a daily basis. The system through an algorithm measured by performance and reviews, will list the best reviews on top. Meaning, the best most reviewed profile gets more work.

3. Do I pay to register?
No! There is no payment or registration for becoming a technician.

We welcome all eligible business owners to register and become vendors.

1. What do you get as a Vendor?
As a vendor, you will have your own dashboard and track your sales.

2. How do I get sales as a vendor?
Once your product has been ordered, you get an alert on your dashboard and release them only after getting paid.

3. Do I have to pay as a vendor?
No. Being listed does not require any payments.

4. Who pays me as a vendor?
Once your product has been ordered by a client/Customer, they will be prompted by a safaricom STK Push. Once done, Ecolit Store Limited pays for that particular product to your business so that the product should be released to the client.

5. Do I pay monthly subscriptions?
No! We do not pay monthly subscriptions. However, we only remit 5% commission on every success sale on the platform.

6. Who handles shipping?
Ecolit in partnership with Nation couriers handles the shipping. As a vendor, you do not handle shipping of products.
