It was formed by two individuals with an idea of starting an investment company in October 2005. GardaWorld, in partnership with Gelpha, is carrying out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at St. Bakhita Primary School. This effort reflects a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference in the community.

Driven by the belief that businesses have a role beyond profit-making, the initiative focused on supporting areas where help is truly needed. The goal was simple yet powerful: to positively impact society and contribute to a better world.
