At our Kendu Bay house, we’ve thoughtfully combined three roofing styles to balance functionality, durability, and modern design:

Flat Roof — A functional terrace finished with APP waterproofing for added protection.

Gable Roof — Finished with durable Decra stone-coated sheets for both performance and aesthetics.

Hidden Roof — Featuring box-profile sheets concealed behind concrete gutters for a clean, minimalist finish.

Different roof systems, one cohesive architectural design — built for Kendu Bay’s climate and lifestyle.
