60 days after starting operations in our new integrated facility, we're already seeing the impact. In just four weeks, we've achieved:

📈 7× increase in production capacity
🐟 70 MT fish processing capacity
🐔 50 MT poultry processing capacity
☀️ Operations powered primarily by solar energy

Our six connected hubs are strengthening market access, value addition, cold chain logistics, and farmer support—bringing us closer to our goal of less than 0.55% post-harvest losses across the fish and poultry value chains.

This is more than a facility—it's an integrated ecosystem built to strengthen food systems in East Africa.
