Affordable housing need not be highrise towers with no hierarchy of green and community spaces. The required densities can still be achieved with dignified, safe, and sustainable neighbourhoods.

Through our experience in affordable housing policy, we designed a scheme as a proposal for a piece of land in Kajiado. This scheme can be implemented in any region with only masterplanning required to site it within the context.
