Title of Job: Sales & Marketing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily work report.
2. Weekly sales & marketing reports.
3. Recommend ideas for customer satisfaction.
Performance Targets:
• Weekly market visit.
• Generate customer leads weekly.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Publish regular monthly content on social media.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiry.
• Contribute to increased sales & customer retention
Qualifications:
• Minimum KCSE.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fluent in English, Kiswahili, Maasai is an added advantage.
• Good communication & courtesy skills.
• Honest & self-motivated.
• Able to work with minimal supervision
