លំហនេះត្រូវបានរចនាឡើងដើម្បីជាកន្លែងដែលមនុស្សអាចអង្គុយ ជជែកគ្នា សិក្សា ទុកដាក់ សម្រាក និងកំសាន្ដជាមួយផ្នែកខាងក្រៅផ្ទះ។ ផ្ទៃពិដានផ្ដេកមិនបានគ្របដណ្តប់ផ្ទះទាំងមូលឡើយ; មានផ្នែកខ្លះត្រូវបានដកចេញសម្រាប់ពន្លឺធម្មជាតិ ជាមួយនឹងខ្នាតគ្រឿងសង្ហារឹមដែលរចនាឡើងឲ្យសមស្របនឹងសកម្មភាពរបស់មនុស្ស។ លំហដែលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យមានសកម្មភាពជាច្រើន និងទីតាំងផ្សេងៗគ្នា ជំរុញឱ្យមានគម្លាតដ៏មានផាសុខភាព និងពេលវេលាសម្រាប់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដែលនាំឱ្យមានភាពសម្បូរបែបនៃជីវិតរស់នៅ។

The space is designed to be a place where people can sit, chat, study, store, lie down, and enjoy the outdoors. The horizontal ceiling does not cover the entire house; there is a subtracted section for the skylight and furniture scale that corresponds to human activity. A space that allows for a range of activities and a variety of locations fosters a comfortable distance and time for each other, leading to a richness of life.

លំនៅឋាន ឬកន្លែងរស់នៅទូទៅច្រើន សំដៅលើការសាងសង់ និងការចាត់ចែងការប្រើប្រាស់ផ្ទះ ឬអគារជាសមូហភាព ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្តល់ជម្រកដល់មនុស្ស។ ផ្ទះក្នុងទីក្រុងនេះត្រូវបានរចនាឡើងតាមរចនាបថស្ថាបត្យកម្មសហសម័យ ដែលនឹងលាយឡំភាពទំនើប និងបុរាណជាមួយគ្នា ព្រមទាំងផ្តោតលើនិរន្តរភាពផងដែរ។ ផ្ទះនេះស្ថិតនៅតំបន់ទួលគោក រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ លើទំហំផ្ទៃដី 1980sqm។

Housing, or more general living spaces, refers to the construction and assigned usage of houses or buildings collectively, for the purpose of sheltering people. This urban house is designed following the contemporary architectural style that will mix modernity and classic together as well as focus on sustainability. The house will be located in Toul Kork area, Phnom Penh on flat land with an area of 1980sqm along a good accessibility road.
