Responsibilities
• Sell products and solutions to HVAC, ventilation-related projects to Main Contractors, Architects, Consultants, etc.

Responsibilities
• Main PIC/Coordinator for Aeon I & II maintenance operation
• Act as a main communication channel between Aeon team and JYAC
• Issue quotation, monitor maintenance schedule, prepare material/parts upon request
• Submit work handover report upon completion
• Weekly/Bi-weekly visit to Aeon site
• Order service parts upon service quote confirmation
• Prepare and release service parts, and control stock balance
• Pass bi-weekly stock inspection; will be directly measured in his work performance

- To realize site inspection and project specifications & drawings analysis.
- To issue with the design team preliminary design (in case that the design is not available in tender documents) &equipment selection.
- To issue the design team the bill of quantities, labor, material and equipment etc.
- To provide technical support to the sales team in the negotiation of the contract.
- To liaise with the design office the detail design including single line diagram, load calculation, distribution and panelboards schematic diagrams, size cable and wiring layout, final selection if equipment.
- To prepare construction document to be forwarded to the site including bill of quantity of equipment, construction drawings and technical specifications.

*Job Requirements *
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or related field.
-KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-ESSENTIAL:
1. Have some knowledge of Air Distribution system, Hydraulic network, ACMV Equipment selection on chilled water system and direct
expansion systems, Smoke exhaust system, water filtration system, hot water production, Electrical Engineering (Medium & Low
Voltage Distribution, Telephone & Data systems, Fire Detection systems, CCTV systems, Public Address systems & MATV systems)
Plumbing (Fire Protection System, Hot and Cold Water System, Sanitary and Sewer System, Storm Drain System).
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
3. Computer literacy and especially MS Offices, MS Project, AutoCAD, Projects 2000.
4. Project Management knowledge.
5. Negotiation skill.
6. Good interpersonal skill.
