កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦-១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅ លោក Nguyen Dinh Tien អគ្គនាយករងក្រុមហ៊ុន GIS Cambodia បានដឹកនាំរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រង និងដឹកនាំ» ជូនដល់បុគ្គលិកគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និងអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈក្នុងការបំពេញការងារ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះបានផ្តល់នូវចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍ និងគន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការគ្រប់គ្រង ការដឹកនាំ និងការធ្វើការងារជាក្រុមប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ចំណេះដឹងដែលទទួលបាននឹងរួមចំណែកជួយឱ្យបុគ្គលិកបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពការងារ ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការ និងដឹកនាំក្រុមឱ្យសម្រេចបាននូវលទ្ធផលកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ។

ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស គឺជាផ្នែកដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពបុគ្គលិក និងជំរុញការរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។

On October 16–17, 2026, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tien, Vice General Director of GIS Cambodia company, led the organization of a training program on “Management and Leadership Skills” for employees at all levels, with the aim of strengthening their capabilities and developing their professional skills in the workplace.

The training program provided valuable knowledge, experience, and practical insights into management, leadership, and effective teamwork. The knowledge gained will contribute to enhancing employees’ work performance, strengthening collaboration, and enabling them to lead their teams toward achieving even better results.

Training and human resource development are essential to enhancing employee capabilities and promoting the sustainable growth of the company.

នាថ្ងៃទី ១១–១២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមហ៊ុន GIS Cambodia ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់លោកអគ្គនាយក Hoang Manh Hung បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារយៈពេល ២ថ្ងៃ ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែងពីសាខានានា ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សាស្វែងរកគំរូ និងវិធីសាស្ត្រដែលមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីពង្រីក និងអនុវត្តឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយទូទាំងក្រុមហ៊ុន។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការជំរុញ និងពង្រីក វិស័យអាជីវកម្មថ្មីៗ ជាពិសេសវិស័យ ថាមពលព្រះអាទិត្យ ការសាងសង់សំណង់ស៊ីវិល ព្រមទាំងការច្នៃប្រឌិត និងកែលម្អគំរូនៃការអនុវត្តការងារ សាងសង់ និងដំឡើងបណ្តាញទូរគមនាគមន៍ ឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការអាជីវកម្ម។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ សិក្ខាសាលាក៏ជាវេទិកាសម្រាប់ ដោះស្រាយដោយផ្ទាល់នូវបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងឧបសគ្គរបស់សាខានីមួយៗ ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សា និងឯកភាពលើភារកិច្ច និងដំណោះស្រាយជាក់ស្តែង ដែលអាចអនុវត្តបានភ្លាមៗ បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់សិក្ខាសាលា។

តាមរយៈការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍ និងគំនិតថ្មីៗ សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានរួមចំណែកពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការរវាងសាខានានា ជំរុញការច្នៃប្រឌិត និងបង្កើតមូលដ្ឋានរឹងមាំសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍអាជីវកម្ម និងការរីកចម្រើនរបស់ GIS Cambodia នាពេលអនាគត។

On September 11–12, 2026, GIS Cambodia, under the leadership of General Director Hoang Manh Hung, organized a two-day workshop to exchange and share practical experiences from its branches, while discussing and identifying effective models and approaches for broader implementation across the company.

The workshop focused on promoting and expanding new business areas, particularly solar energy, civil construction, as well as innovating and improving models for the implementation of telecommunications network construction and installation, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and better responding to business needs.

At the same time, the workshop served as a platform to directly address challenges and obstacles faced by individual branches, while discussing and reaching consensus on practical tasks and solutions that can be implemented immediately following the workshop.

Through the exchange of knowledge, practical experiences, and new ideas, the workshop contributed to strengthening collaboration among branches, fostering innovation, and building a solid foundation for the continued business development and growth of GIS Cambodia in the future.

នាថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមហ៊ុន GIS Cambodia បានរៀបចំពិធីប្រគល់ និងទទួលតំណែងអគ្គនាយកថ្មីយ៉ាងអធិកអធម និងប្រកបដោយបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធស្នាល។

ក្នុងពិធីដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមយ៉ាងខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីសំណាក់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃក្រុមហ៊ុនសម្ព័ន្ធ Viettel Construction រួមមាន៖

-លោក Tran Trung Hung អគ្គនាយកក្រុមហ៊ុនសម្ព័ន្ធ Viettel Construction

-លោក Vu Anh Duc ប្រធានការិយាល័យក្រុមហ៊ុនសម្ព័ន្ធ Viettel Construction

-លោក Vu Quang Trung ជានាយកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលផ្នែកប្រតិបត្តិការបច្ចេកទេស

នៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ បានសម្តែងនូវសេចក្តីថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅបំផុតជូនចំពោះ លោក Hoang Trong Thuy ជាអគ្គនាយកចាស់ ចំពោះការលះបង់ កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង និងការដឹកនាំដ៏ឈ្លាសវៃនាពេលកន្លងមក ដែលបានរួមកម្លាំងជំរុញឱ្យក្រុមហ៊ុន GIS Cambodia សម្រេចបាននូវការរីកចម្រើន និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យយ៉ាងត្រចះត្រចង់។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ អង្គពិធីទាំងមូលបានសម្តែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅបំផុតជូនចំពោះ លោក Hoang Manh Hung ក្នុងឱកាសដែលលោកទទួលបានទំនុកចិត្តក្នុងការកាន់តំណែងជា អគ្គនាយកថ្មី នៃក្រុមហ៊ុន GIS Cambodia។ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ជឿជាក់យ៉ាងមុតមាំថា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យ និងសមត្ថភាពរបស់លោក Hoang Manh Hung ក្រុមហ៊ុន GIS Cambodia នឹងបន្តឈានទៅមុខកាន់តែខ្លាំងក្លា និងសម្រេចបាននូវជោគជ័យថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតនាពេលអនាគត។

On August 27, 2026, GIS Cambodia solemnly organized an official ceremony for the handover and assumption of the role of the new General Director in a warm and grand atmosphere.

This meaningful event was honored by the presence of senior executives from Viettel Construction Corporation, including:

-Mr. Tran Trung Hung, General Director of Viettel Construction Corporation

-Mr. Vu Anh Duc, Head of the Office of Viettel Construction Corporation

-Mr. Vu Quang Trung, Director of the Technical Operations Center

On this occasion, the leadership team and all employees expressed their deepest gratitude to Mr. Hoang Trong Thuy (outgoing General Director) for his dedication, relentless efforts, and wise leadership in the past, which drove GIS Cambodia toward continuous growth and outstanding success.

At the same time, the entire assembly extended their warmest welcome to Mr. Hoang Manh Hung on his appointment and trusted mandate as the new General Director of GIS Cambodia. The leadership and staff strongly believe that under the visionary and competent leadership of Mr. Hoang Manh Hung, GIS Cambodia will continue to move forward stronger and achieve even greater successes in the future.
