Amazing Architecture of the past

Will this used-to-be-called Pearl City of Southeast Asia become a nondescript city without these kinds of distinctive architectural masterpieces? These are what we have lost quietly since the early chapter of 21st century. The question is what is considered as 2020s outstanding architecture of Phnom Penh? Vattanac Tower? The Bridge? Hyatt Regency? No matter what it is, if we are highly educated and creative enough, we will make ways to keep the conservation and development at the same pace. High-rise buildings can be constructed in the expanded city zones while the old-styled buildings can be renovated so critically that their great values are still highlighted. If still keep demolishing and building in CONVENTIONAL ways like what the uneducated did, so why to be trained as the NEW GENERATION architects? Many of which even fail to identify the following buildings and to come up with logically acceptable reasons behind the disappearance.
