Presenting the Ground Floor Interior Design Concept for Ego Poli residence at Peng Hout Beoung Snor. The design focuses on a modern minimalist style that combines elegance, comfort, and functionality for everyday living.

The living room features a spacious L-shaped sofa, soft neutral tones, and built-in display shelving, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Large sliding glass doors and layered curtains allow natural light to brighten the space while connecting the interior with the outdoor view.

The TV wall is designed with a clean textured panel and floating cabinet, maintaining a simple yet elegant look. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space includes a large wooden dining table with modern pendant lighting, perfect for family gatherings.

The open kitchen integrates modern cabinetry, a black stone countertop, and a functional island with bar seating, creating both a practical cooking space and a social area. A separate service kitchen and laundry zone at the rear adds convenience for daily use.

The overall palette uses warm neutral colors, natural wood textures, and marble flooring, creating a bright, modern, and timeless living environment.

Modern Minimalist Landscape

A refined balance of architecture and nature — this landscape project was designed to complement the clean geometry of the residence while introducing warmth, texture, and functionality.

The concept centers on strong horizontal and vertical lines, softened by layered greenery and natural materials. A textured feature wall forms the main backdrop, enhanced with integrated lighting to create depth and a dramatic evening ambiance. Raised planters and a floating wooden bench add warmth while maintaining the modern aesthetic.
The front yard composition follows a structured planting strategy: • Columnar shrubs for height and rhythm • Sculpted round shrubs for softness • Cactus accents with decorative stones for contemporary character • Large stepping slabs with grass infill to create clean circulation flow
One of the standout elements is the custom-built outdoor cat enrichment wall. Designed with modular wooden houses, climbing poles, elevated platforms, and a secure mesh enclosure, it blends seamlessly into the overall design while providing a stimulating and safe environment for pets — proving that functionality can coexist beautifully with aesthetics.
The side courtyard offers a quiet retreat space, featuring a pergola-style overhead shade, vertical greenery, built-in seating, and a feature ornamental tree. This space enhances airflow, natural light, and privacy while maintaining visual continuity with the front landscape.

A home designed in silence… where every curve speaks.

This residence embraces a soft monochrome palette, blending warm beige tones with sculptural forms to create a calm yet powerful atmosphere. The concept focuses on fluid geometry — rounded edges, seamless transitions, and balanced proportions — delivering a sense of emotional comfort and timeless elegance.

Living Area
The custom curved sofa becomes the heart of the space, embracing the circular rug and organic coffee table. Soft layering of textures, sheer curtains, and concealed lighting create depth without overwhelming the eye. A built-in fireplace wall with integrated TV keeps the elevation clean, modern, and architectural.

Dining & Kitchen
A statement oval dining table paired with sculpted upholstered chairs enhances the visual flow. The arched transition frame connects spaces smoothly, while the neutral stone kitchen island adds a grounded, luxurious touch. Every detail is refined — minimal yet rich in texture.

Master Bedroom
Designed for tranquility, the bedroom features a low-profile upholstered bed, indirect lighting details, and vertical light accents that frame the headboard wall. Large glass openings invite natural light while maintaining privacy with soft drapery layers. The result is peaceful, elegant, and deeply personal.
