ທີມງານວິຊາການດ້ານ ການຕິດຕາມກວດກາປ່າໄມ້ແຫ່ງຊາດ (NFMS TWG) ໄດ້ຈັດກອງປະຊຸມທີມງານວິຊາການດ້ານ ການຕິດຕາມກວດກາປ່າໄມ້ແຫ່ງຊາດ ຄັ້ງທີ 9 ຂຶ້ນ ໃນວັນທີ 28 ມັງກອນ 2026, ເວລາ 08:00 – 12:00, ຢູ່ທີ່ຫ້ອງປະຊຸມ ໂຮງແຮມ ລາວ ພລາຊາ, ໂດຍການເປັນປະທານຂອງ ທ່ານ ພານຸສິດ ຫອມສົມບັດ, ຫົວໜ້າ ກອງສໍາຫຼວດປ່າໄມ້ ແລະ ປ້ອງກັນໄຟປ່າ, ກົມປ່າໄມ້, ເຊິ່ງລວມມີ ສະມາຊິກ ຂອງທີມງານວິຊາການດ້ານ NFMS, ສະມາຊິກຂອງ ທັງ 3 ກຸ່ມ ວິຊາການຍ່ອຍ (ກຸ່ມ MRV, ກຸ່ມຕິດຕາມກວດກາປ່າໄມ້, ແລະ ກຸ່ມຄຸ້ມຄອງຖານຂໍ້ມູນ), ຕາງໜ້າຈາກພະແນກຕ່າງໆ ຂອງກົມປ່າໄມ້ ແລະ ກົມກວດກາ ຊັບພະຍາກອນທໍາມະຊາດ ແລະ ສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ, ຄູ່ຮ່ວມງານທັງພາຍໃນ ແລະ ສາກົນ ເຊັ່ນ: GIZ, WWF, WCS, FAO, RECOFTC, JICA Laos ແລະ F-REDD 2, ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມທັງໝົດ 37 ທ່ານ (ແບບເຊິ່ງຫນ້າ) ແລະ 2 ທ່ານ (ແບບອອນລາຍ).
ຈຸດປະສົງຂອງກອງປະຊຸມ ແມ່ນເພື່ອລາຍງານຄວາມຄືບໜ້າ ແລະ ປຶກສາຫາລື ກ່ຽວກັບການຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດແຕ່ລະໜ້າວຽກທີ່ຜ່ານມາ ຂອງທັງ 3 ກຸ່ມຍ່ອຍ ຄື: (ກ) ກຸ່ມ MRV; (ຂ) ກຸ່ມ ຕິດຕາມກວດກາປ່າໄມ້; ແລະ (ຄ) ກຸ່ມ ຄຸ້ມຄອງຂໍ້ມູນ; ແລະ (ງ) ຄວາມຄືບໜ້າອື່ນໆ.

The NFMS Technical Working Group organized the 9th NFMS TWG meeting on 28 January 2026, from 08:00 - 12:00, at the Lao Plaza Hotel. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Phanousith HOMSOMMBATH, Director of Forest Inventory and Fire Protection Division, Department of Forestry. There were 37 participants attending in-person and 2 online participants, including the members of the NFMS TWG, members of the three sub-groups (MRV, Forest Monitoring and Data Management), representatives from DOF and DNREI, international/national partners such as, GIZ, WWF, WCS, FAO, RECOFTC, JICA Laos and F-REDD 2.
The objective of the meeting was to share and discuss the updates on the sub-group activities and plans: (a) MRV sub-group; (b) Forest Monitoring sub-group; (c) Data Management sub-group; (d) and other updates.

Laos-Japan partnership strengthens long-term forestry vision

Laos and Japan have reaffirmed their strong cooperation in the forestry sector as both nations push forward with ambitious plans to achieve sustainable forest management, expand forest cover, and accelerate REDD+ implementation in line with the Government of Laos’ Forestry Strategy to 2035 and Vision to 2050. ໂຄງການ F-REDD 2, ຮ່ວມກັບກົມປ່າໄມ້, ໄດ້ຈັດກອງປະຊຸມຄະນະກໍາມະການປະສານງານຮ່ວມ (JCC) ຄັ້ງທີ 5 ຂຶ້ນ ໃນວັນທີ 9 ທັນວາ 2025, ທີ່ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ.

ກອງປະຊຸມດັ່ງກ່າວ ໄດ້ເປັນກຽດໂດຍທ່ານ ດຣ. ສົມຫວັງ ພິມມະວົງ, ຫົວໜ້າກົມປ່າໄມ້ ເປັນປະທານ ແລະ ທ່ານ ໂນບູຢູກິ ໂຄເບ (Nobuyuki KOBE), ຜູ້ຕາງໜ້າອາວຸໂສຂອງອົງການ JICA ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ, ເປັນປະທານຮ່ວມ, ມີຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຕົວຈິງ 27 ທ່ານ ແລະ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຜ່ານລະບົບອອນລາຍ 4 ທ່ານ, ທີ່ມາຈາກພາກສ່ວນກ່ຽວຂ້ອງຕ່າງໆ ເຊັ່ນ: ກົມປ່າໄມ້, ກົມກວດກາຊັບພະຍາກອນທຳມະຊາດ ແລະ ສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ, ກະຊວງ ແລະ ສະຖາບັນອື່ນໆ, ພະແນກກະສິກຳ ແລະ ສິ່ງແວດລ້ອມ ແຂວງສະຫວັນນະເຂດ, ສຳນັກງານໃຫຍ່ ອົງການ JICA , JICA ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ໂຄງການ F-REDD 2.

ຈຸດປະສົງຂອງກອງປະຊຸມແມ່ນເພື່ອ: (1) ທົບທວນຄືນຜົນການຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດ ແລະ ຜົນສຳເລັດຂອງໂຄງການໃນໄລຍະເດືອນທັນວາ 2024 (ກອງປະຊຸມ JCC ຄັ້ງກ່ອນ) - ເດືອນທັນວາ 2025 ແລະ ຮັບຮອງແຜນວຽກ ຈົນເຖິງທ້າຍປີ 2025; (2) ປຶກສາຫາລື ແລະ ໃຫ້ການຮັບຮອງແຜນວຽກປະຈຳປີ 2026; (3) ທົບທວນ ແລະ ແລກປ່ຽນຄຳຄິດຄຳເຫັນກ່ຽວກັບບັນຫາສຳຄັນທີ່ເກີດຂຶ້ນ ຫຼື ທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງກັບໂຄງການ, ພ້ອມທັງສະເໜີມາດຕະການແກ້ໄຂ; ແລະ (4) ປຶກສາຫາລືບັນຫາອື່ນໆ ທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງກັບໂຄງການ.

F-REDD 2 project, in cooperation with the Department of Forestry, organized the 5th Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting, on 9th December 2025, in Vientiane Capital.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Somvang PHIMMAVONG, Director General of the Department of Forestry and co-chaired by Mr. Nobuyuki KOBE, Senior Representative of JICA Laos Office, and attended by 27 in-room participants and 4 online participants, representing concerned agencies such as DOF, DNREI, other line ministries and institutes, PAEO of Savannakhet, JICA HQ, JICA Laos Office, and F-REDD 2 Project.

The objectives of the meeting were to: (1) Review the activities and achievements of the project during Dec.2024 (last JCC meeting) - Dec. 2025 and confirm the activities until the end of 2025; (2) Discuss and approve the work plan for 2026; (3) Review and exchange views on major issues arising from or in connection with the Project, and to recommend corrective measures; and (4) Discuss other issues pertaining to the Project.
