1. Site Engineer

• Job Description:
- Site Supervision: Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and controlling all construction activities on-site to ensure work is executed according to drawings and technical specifications.
- Planning & Management: Plan daily and weekly work schedules; effectively manage site manpower (laborers/workers), machinery, and construction materials to ensure adequate supply and optimal utilization.
- Quality Control (QC): Inspect the quality of construction work at every stage to minimize errors and ensure strict compliance with project specifications and contract standards.
- Safety Management: Enforce and strictly monitor occupational health and safety (HSE) measures and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily and weekly progress reports (Daily/Weekly Reports) for submittal to the Project Manager, and coordinate with relevant teams to keep the project on track.

- Rebar Detailing: Proficient in drafting and arranging reinforcing steel (Rebar) in accordance with technical standards and engineering calculations.
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Create BBS tables to calculate the exact quantities and lengths of rebar required for actual site ex*****on.
- Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers, design teams, and contractors to resolve technical issues and modify drawings to match actual site conditions.

• Job Description:

- Control Network Establishment: Establish and maintain primary and secondary geodetic control networks (utilizing GPS/GNSS technology) to ensure a consistent reference system for the entire project.
- Deformation & Settlement Monitoring: Perform regular monitoring of structural movement and ground settlement for high-rise buildings, bridges, and other critical infrastructure.
- Data Analysis & Reduction: Post-process raw field data using specialized software to ensure the highest level of accuracy, identify discrepancies, and eliminate systematic errors.
- As-built Documentation: Prepare "as-built" drawings and comprehensive survey reports to verify that the physical construction aligns perfectly with the design intent.
- Technical Reporting: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Site Engineers to provide daily, weekly, and monthly technical survey reports.
- Instrument Calibration: Ensure all surveying equipment (Total Stations, Digital Levels, GNSS receivers) are regularly calibrated, maintained, and verified according to manufacturer standards.

• Identify and research new clients and project opportunities.
• Manage and implement Chinese language projects for the team.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets as committed with the team leader.
• Oversee the processes of pricing, bidding, and contract management.
• Collaborate directly with clients and various departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Provide client support and work on market expansion.
• Compile and report progress to the team leader on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in design consultancy firms, steel structure companies, general contractors, or construction material suppliers
• Can speak Lao-English/ Or Vietnamese / Or Chinese
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Materials, or Construction Economics.
• Knowledge of construction/steel structure terminology and market insights.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese for client communication, handling documents, and technical materials.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with AutoCAD.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective teamwork skills.
• Honest, with a high level of confidentiality regarding work-related information, adaptable in various situations, and a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Experience in the field of steel structure and construction is an advantage.
• Accepted both fresh engineer and experienced engineer
