The SMEC cumulative sales will be exceeded 1 million units by 2020. In the first half of 2019, 40496 of the 88000 units has been achieved, 511 of which belonged to the ultra -high-rise building project (over 200 meters).
Shanghai Mitsubishi has won the awards of “No.1 elevator supplier preferred by the top 500 Chinese real estate enterprises” in nine consecutive years.
The main structure of the new testing tower (236 meters) has completed more than half. It will be put into use in 2021. The new testing tower will contain 21 high speed testing shafts, meet the test requirements of 10m/s elevator.

DOAS - Destination Oriented Allocation System

The DOAS system is a platform for passengers to reserve elevators at the hall, and is a part of an elevator group control system. It can effectively shorten passengers' waiting time and travel time, reduce the number of stops, ease the car congestion, and improve delivery capacity of building elevators, thus creating more convenient and comfortable access environment and travel experience for passengers.
The newly designed landing control box integrates the latest capacitive touch technology, featured by simple and modern design elements, intuitive operation flow and interface design. Users can manually input or register the destination floor through a preset IC card, then intuitive information can direct passengers to quickly find the elevator(s).
