Luxury Living For Tight Budget
They are a young couple, and both are doctors in the Provincial General Hospital in Badulla. They hope to move to Badulla. They arrived at our offices with a pre-approved building plan produced by someone else, and they had no idea how to build the house without any plans or detailed drawings whatsoever. For their request, we re-designed the house and did not cause any changes to the approved plan.
The client was on a limited budget, yet they wanted the property to give them the impression of luxury. Our biggest issue was the size of the land and house, which is only 10 × 8 square meters. Furniture utilized primarily was up-to-date, while white hue was selected as the primary color because it offered much room.
Three bedrooms, a living room on the ground level, and a dining room are located on the first floor. The first floor also has a TV lounge, an office, two bathrooms, and a shrine room. On the second story are three bedrooms, one of which has a balcony.
