E X T E R I O R C O N T I N U E D
Project Cost: LKR 15 Million | Timeline: 12 Months | Site: 18 Perches
A simple and contemporary linear home designed around the natural slope and lush greenery of the site. The three-bedroom residence features a spacious living area, long kitchen and dining space, and direct connections to a linear garden through extended decking.
The landscape combines soft planting, terraced garden pockets, selected shade trees and a simple front garden to create a calm connection between the house and nature.
Single and double-pitched roofs, integrated solar provisions, natural lighting and cross ventilation support a low-maintenance and energy-conscious lifestyle.
Designed as a permanent home for a three-member family, the project focuses on simplicity, comfort, functionality and peaceful tropical living within a modest budget.
