In a residential area in the neighbourhood of the historical town of Bruges in Belgium, we can find this beautiful marriage of living and working. The clients, both doctors employed in a hospital in the vicinity, were dreaming of a new house with room for their medical practice at home. After looking around, they found the ideal location in a lot with originally two parcels including an old house. Cas Architects did the rest.

The KE residential project is the impression of the client's' personality in architecture. A cosmopolitan couple who likes to receive friends and at the same time enjoy the comfort of the house next to their dogs, Cocada and Banana.The house is in a closed condominium in Curitiba, the lot had its maximum constructive potential used to be able to fulfill the scope requested by the couple. The basement houses the garage and services and thus frees the ground floor for the integrated social area that crosses from the front to the back of the land, providing good views as well as cross ventilation. The upper floor is intended for the private area and going up another floor there is the surprise of a barbecue space with a large outdoor terrace, intended for parties and enjoying the view of the forest.

Not far from Costa Rican town Uvita there is a hidden small resort Art Villas on the jungle hill above
the beach Playa Hermosa.
3 unique villas and one multifunctional pavilion are scattered over a plot of 2 ha.
When the investor approached the architects, he wished to create a place where the visitors merge
with the surrounding nature, clearing their mind, experiencing luxury and adventure at the same
time. He wanted to create a place that digs deep into everyone's heart when they taste it.
The architects from the Formafatal studio followed the client's assignment and were also inspired by
the atmosphere and colorfulness of Central and South America.

Rounded walls, courtyards, and portholes outfit this apartment complex in Mendoza, Argentina, designed by local practice Primer Piso Arquitectos. The brick building comprises four, one-bedroom apartments.

Martinez 3458 is built on a site that is 9.5 meters wide and 28 meters deep, and it measures 210 square meters.

In previous projects, a system of concrete beams and columns was used to free the floor plans of columns, better connecting the different spaces while letting the outdoors in. In Bunker House, we employed this concrete system not only as structure, but also as spatial partitions and the project’s guiding aesthetics.

Vy Anh House is conceived as a retreat where the client can enjoy their own peace after a busy working day. This idea leads to a louver system that completely covers the façade, except for an emergency exit door in the front. Though armored on the outside, the house features a lively atrium filled with sun-kissed, lush greenery.
