Hayleys Engineering is the construction arm of Hayleys PLC and offers complete construction solutions, from turnkey and civil construction to pre-engineered buildings and steel structures, including design, fabrication, erection, and after-sales services.

Hayleys Engineering marked a significant milestone with the signing of the project contract for Continental’s tyre manufacturing expansion at Wagawattha, Kalutara. The agreement was formally signed at Hayleys PLC in Colombo by Mr. Mohan Pandithage, Chairman and Chief Executive of Hayleys PLC, together with representatives of Continental. Representing Hayleys Engineering was Mr. Choliya De Silva, Managing Director, and Mr. Kamal Wimalaratne, CEO/Director.

Hayleys Engineering will lead the end-to-end delivery of the project, providing overall project leadership and multidisciplinary coordination.
The project also brings together the specialised expertise of our project partners, ATAD Vietnam and Hayleys Fentons.

Momentum is building at the new DCSL (Pvt) Ltd bottling plant project in Seeduwa!

Following the successful er****on of the first steel column on 4th June 2026—a key project milestone—the development has now progressed to 60% completion.

This project highlights the value of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings in accelerating construction timelines, enabling faster operational readiness and delivering a quicker return on investment for our client.

We look forward to reaching the next milestones as this modern manufacturing facility continues to take shape.

The first steel column has been erected early this month for DCSL (Pvt) Ltd.’s new bottling plant in Seeduwa, marking the official start of the facility taking shape on site.
