A little time travel back to the ’80s… 🕰️📸

When business was built on people, relationships, hard work and a vision for the future.

Today, our team took a step back in time to imagine the Hameed Properties spirit of the ’80s, a reminder that while times change, our commitment to building better spaces and brighter tomorrows remains the same. 🏗️

An AI depiction of the 1980s, when our Second-Generation Chairman, M. Haseeb A. Hameed, led the company and carried forward the legacy of N M Abdul Hameed with vision, discipline and distinction.

A glimpse into an era when the foundation was strengthened, relationships were built and the legacy continued to grow.

Three generations. One vision. Building Sri Lanka with trust since 1930.

BUILDING MORE THAN JUST PROJECTS — WE’RE BUILDING PEOPLE.

Today, we took a moment away from the construction sites, drawings, measurements and deadlines to come together as a team over lunch and, most importantly, to recognise three individuals whose dedication and contribution continue to make a difference at Hameed Properties.

🏆 Outstanding Contribution Award
Thushari Gamage

🏆 Commitment & Contribution Award
Dahara Sewmini

Each of them plays a different role, but the qualities that connect them are the same commitment, professionalism, hard work, responsibility and a genuine determination to see our projects succeed.

At Hameed Properties, we believe that the strength of a company is ultimately measured by the strength of its people. Buildings are constructed with materials, but successful projects are built by committed teams.

Today’s recognition is our way of saying thank you for the effort that often happens behind the scenes, for taking responsibility when it matters, and for continuing to raise the standards we set for ourselves.

To Thushari, Dahara and Chamodi congratulations and thank you for being an important part of the Hameed Properties journey. 👏

And to the entire Hameed Properties team our continued growth is a team achievement.

Together, we build. Together, we grow. Together, we move forward.
