This is the Joint-venture Project with C & J Property Developers (PVT) Ltd, 17A,Devos Avenue,Colombo-04.the project is G+4 storey building whi

ch is containing Four Of 3 Bed Room Units @ 1100 SQFT and One Of 2 Bed Room Unit 800 SQFT per each floor ,over roll 24 units. The project is completed in 2005 and handed over the condominium deed to the clients


Second project was G+2 stories residential unit at 11/1A, Schofield Place,Colombo-03. Third project, project is WALLS VILLA or Naagaa Jasmin which is the B+G+6 storey residential luxury apartments at 44,St.Benedict’s Mawatha,Colombo-13.this is having Three Of 3 Bed Room Units @ approx.1150SQFT and One Of 2 Bed Room Unit 800 SQFT per each floor, over roll 24 units.
