Greater Matale Water Supply Project
Matale – Section 1
The scope consists of
 Pipe laying for Transmission and Distribution pipes of Restrained and Standard Ductile Iron pipes (DI) of 16,072 m Including the Diameters from 700mm to 300mm.
 Pipe laying for Transmission and Distribution pipes of High Density Poly Ethylene pipes (HDPE) of 62,295 m Including the Diameters from 315mm to 63mm.
 Construction of concrete Chambers for Air Valves, Section valves and Washouts including the Outfall structures.

Ambanganga – Section 4
The scope consists of
 Pipe laying for Transmission and Distribution pipes of Restrained and Standard Ductile Iron pipes (DI) of 24,681 m Including the Diameters from 600mm to 300mm.
 Pipe laying for Transmission and Distribution pipes of High Density Poly Ethylene pipes (HDPE) of 184,318m Including the Diameters from 315mm to 63mm.
 Construction of concrete Chambers for Air Valves, Section valves and Washouts including the Outfall structures.

The Contractor of the construction of seven storey school building ( ‘Sathamhala’), for Ananda College at Colombo 10, is Ms/Subasinghe Contractors Pvt. Ltd. The project is nearing completion and expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

The building was built on a robust pile foundation. The building comprises 44 nos of smart class rooms, laboratories, a library, an office, 2 numbers of lifts, IT facilities Fire protection system and AC system. The building was constructed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders in all aspects. This seven storey building is the highest school building in Sri Lanka and has total floor space of 73,722 sqft.

The construction of the Building Complex at Ratnapura District Secretariat was successfully completed by Subasinghe Contractors (PVT) Ltd in November 2019.

The project comprised construction of two numbers of two-story building, one number of three-story building, the Internal Asphalt road network including parking slot, Landscaping, and other building facilities , etc. Total floor area of building is 119,615 Sq. ft. The Contractor M/s Subasinghe Contractors (PVT) Ltd constructed the project to the satisfaction of the Engineer & the Client and handed over to the client.
