Restoration Project – Nalandarama Road, Maharagama

This residence, once the home of the late Pandith W.D Amaradeva, is now owned by a doctor with a deep appreciation for Sri Lankan tradition. Our design approach sought to preserve the original character of the house, highlighting its traditional features and elements to evoke cherished memories.
The restoration aimed to strengthen both visual and physical connections within the spaces, while introducing a subtle palette - timber tones complemented with carefully chosen accent colors to enrich the ambiance. The design also enhances the surrounding greenery, creating harmony between the built form and its natural environment.
