Vacancy: Site Supervisor / Trainee Site Supervisor (Female)
Location: Colombo High-Rise Building Project
Industry: Construction – Finishing Stage
Type: Full-time (Urgent Requirement)

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor or Trainee Site Supervisor (Female) to oversee labour supervision for a high-rise construction project in Colombo.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around the Colombo area.

Key Responsibilities:

# Supervise and coordinate on-site labour activities.

# Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during the finishing phase.

# Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

# Prior experience in construction supervision is an advantage (not mandatory for trainees).

# Strong communication and leadership skills.

# Ability to manage on-site tasks efficiently and responsibly.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
