WESCO HOMES (PVT) LTD is based in Kottawa, are a main construction company in Sri Lanka established in 1998, specializing in commercial and domestic construction markets. Wesco Homes provides property developments, engineering and professional client-focused construction solutions. We provide all types of construction works. Our management and teams working accordance with the client’s requirements and try to complete all the projects through its cost effective ideas, high quality and optimum utilization of resources. Over the years, company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, knowhow and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works. We believe that planning and engineering to integrate the resources, human and material towards achieving the planned goals an aspiration where we specialize. As an employee-owned company, we go above and beyond on every project and deliver on our promises with integrity.
The beginning...
Wesco Homes (Pvt) Ltd initially known as Wesco Engineers initiated in 1998 as an individual business undertaking small projects in construction field. Company was formed with a view to provide the clients with total package services until achieving the final product. Mr. Dimuthu Niroshana Weththasinghe and Mrs. Samanthi Ranamukage was the founders of the company in 1998 and currently working as Managing Directors of the company. WESCO ENGINEERS began as a general constructor in 2002, registered under No W.5348 of the Business Names Ordinance (149). The business quickly expanded into construction and engineering works, necessitating a name change to WESCO HOMES (PVT) LTD as a limited company in 2015. Since the inception of the company it has been attained and maintained ever rising standards of performance. WESCO HOMES (PVT) LTD engaged in construction, contracting & property development. Within the past few years’ company has been growing from strength to strength establishing as a major company in the construction field of Sri Lanka.
