HHK Plumbing and Contractors is known for delivering professional service, quality plumbing solutions, and exceptional workmanship. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor – MEP to join our team in Nugegoda.
🔧 Job Role:
You’ll be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost planning, and cost reporting for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. This is an on-site role working closely with our project teams to ensure accurate cost assessments and smooth project delivery.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP scopes
- Monitor budgets and control project costs
- Support cost planning and value engineering
- Handle cost reports and variations
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
👤 Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in MEP quantity surveying (local or overseas)
- Strong knowledge of cost control and reporting
- Familiar with BOQ formats and construction documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional certification (IQSSL, MRICS) is an advantage
