Recruiting Project Managers for upcoming construction projects in foreign countries

Requirements;
• Construction project management experience of at least 10 years.
• At least one large scale project involvement in project management or equivalent capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Preference is given to candidates with experience in foreign construction projects.
• Being an accredited Chartered Engineer (by IESL or other) is an additional benefit
• Candidates without an academic background in Civil Engineering may be considered depending on the previous Construction Project Management experience.

Main Responsibility;
• Construction Project Management.
• Planning
• Coordination between parties.
• Budget management

He shall be a professionally qualified civil engineer with 10 yrs experience and some of his duties will as follows:

• Attending to legal & Contractual matters in our all construction contracts
• Up-to-date Contractual correspondence and documentation including maintenance of various files and other records
• Attending to meetings with clients / consultants
• Bidding and Construction Management activities
• Continuous coordination with our site / project managers
