Opening of "Brown Sugar- cafe and dessert bar" and "Isle Amore -Pizzaria" at Colombo 03.
Another Successfully completed renovation project was handed over to the client on 18th August 2023.
This was a very challenging project as the client and a group of Architects came up with a idea of establishing a modern elegant dessert bar and a pizzaria at the heart of Colombo within a very short period of time.
Our dedicated staff did a marvelous job in delivering the desired outcome to make the clients dream in to a reality.
Brown Sugar is now open. Just go there, satisfy your sweet cravings while enjoying the uniqueness of our creation 😋😉😉

Proposed Addition and Alteration to the Existing House at Himbutana
Near Completion Project - Album 02
Client: Dr. Nishantha Wijenayake
Project Architect: Archt. Indudunu Kariyawasam
Structural Engineer: Eng. Lionel Gunawickrama

Several eye catching elegant floor and wall finishes were used in this project as per the instructions from the Architect and Client. This includes Kumbuk Timber Flooring, Cement Tile Flooring, Terra Cotta Flooring, Titanium Finishes and many more.

Proposed Addition and Alteration to the Existing House at Himbutana
Near Completion Project - Album 01

Client: Dr. Nishantha Wijenayake
Project Architect: Archt. Indudunu Kariyawasam
Structural Engineer: Eng. Lionel Gunawickrama

This project was mainly focused on addition of a 03 story housing unit and refurbishment of the existing house due to the lack of space and ventilation of the existing house. The whole project was commenced under the strict supervision of the structural engineer, architect and our working staff.

Structural, Masonary, Plumbing, Water Proofing and steel works were already completed and the project is currently at its final finishing stage.

We were able to overcome all the obstacles of this challenging project thanks to the hard work and dedication of Team LARC

Ground breaking ceremony of the two story residential project at Samagi Mawatha, Pelenwatta, Pannipitiya was held on 08th June 2023.
Structural design was done by us. Chartered Architect appointed by the client and our Engineers will supervise all the relevant construction work.
