Concept to Creation CISS Engineering was established in 2018 as a construction firm. Proactive and timely customer service is the backbone of our company.

Since then, our primary focus has been on providing various services related to civil construction, steel works, road works, water supply and sewerage, irrigation, mechanical and electrical installation, renovation, and interior decoration. We have developed a customer service business philosophy through our short history of constructing ventures.

In Badulla, Galauda Central College has long grappled with inadequate sanitation facilities. Students' dreams were dampened by this daily struggle. Then, WaSSIP stepped in.

CISS Engineering constructed modern Male and Female Toilet blocks, ensuring dignity and hygiene. Water supply and electrical support were added, enhancing the overall infrastructure.

Galauda Central College flourished, students rejoiced, and teachers were relieved. WaSSIP's project became a beacon of progress, radiating hope for better education. The ripple effect extended far beyond the school, improving sanitation and the quality of life.

𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘄𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 (𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗻 - 𝟮𝟰𝗺)

In the quiet village of Malgaskatuwa, nestled amidst lush greenery, a significant challenge loomed over the student's education. The only path to Obbegoda School, situated across the roaring Hulandaoya River, posed an insurmountable accessibility problem. Children struggled daily, braving the treacherous waters to reach their cherished school.

However, hope dawned when construction began on the Malgaskatuwa bridge. With unity and determination, the bridge stood tall and strong. Its completion marked a turning point in the lives of these young learners. The once perilous journey to school became safe and easy, allowing dreams to flourish on the newfound path.
