“ABC” was established in November 1994.Since then it has been engaged in providing Consultancy Services for a variety of buildings and completing construction works of the same. The work done during the past several years collectively represents; Office Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Residential Apartments and Personalized Housing.
If You are Doing the Construction with us;
a) The Cost of Architectural Drawings & Structural Drawings will be FREE OF CHARGE.
b) The Council Drawing & Approval of the Council Drawing FREE OF CHARGE.
c) All the Documentation related to Bank Loan which are to be obtained from the Local Authorities / Municipal Councils will be given to you FREE OF CHARGE.
d) The BOQS/ Estimates certified by a Charted Architect will be issued to you FREE OF CHARGE.
e) If you pay 40% of the Construction Value as the First Installment, 5% discount will be granted to you.
f) If you pay 50% of the Construction Value as the First Installment, 10% discount will be granted to you.
g) All the 3D Visuals & Internal Arrangement Drawings will be FREE OF CHARGE.
We have series of Economical Designs to suit your budget, which starts from Rs.2,750/= per Sq.ft. up wards.
