🏰 Heritage kitchen, brand-new lungs!

Today our Kitchen Solution team is inside the 17-century walls of Galle Dutch Fort, giving The Tuna & The Crab restaurant a total ventilation makeover.

What we’re doing

Dismantling & hauling away every corroded exhaust duct, elbow and 24″ fan.

Removing the aging fresh-air trunk & blower that no longer met airflow targets.

Fabricating and installing a salt-spray-proof 24″ × 24″ galvanised exhaust line (≈ 4 m) with a new 3 HP axial fan pushing 18 700 m³/h of air.

Adding a matching make-up-air line (≈ 2.5 m) with acoustic insulation and its own high-efficiency fan.

Final smoke test & balancing to keep chefs cool and compliant.
