Translating Circuitry into Contemporary Space
The architectural design for the LK-Tronics flagship center transforms a commercial envelope into an interactive showcase of innovation. As a premier provider of microcontrollers, sensors, and automation components in Sri Lanka, the design physicalizes the digital realm. The spatial layout is engineered to simulate a printed circuit board (PCB), where raw texture, structural symmetry, and logical flow guide visitors from curiosity to tech solution.

Personalized single story house for Mr. Sachith Saranga at Kiriwattuduwa.

This single story residential project showcases a sophisticated ex*****on of modern tropical design, navigating a sloping urban site to establish a harmonious balance between structural massing, privacy, and indoor outdoor synergy.

The primary left wing features a high-pitched gabled roof structure anchored by deep, timber-lined eaves and exposed structural rafters. The earthy ochre facade is defined by full-height glazing crowned with functional timber louvers, facilitating passive solar shading and continuous ventilation.The right-facing wing balances the design with a low-profile, clean-lined flat fascia executed in deep slate gray. This slab acts as a deep protective overhang for the primary veranda and semi-enclosed parking/drop-off zone, incorporating recessed warm downlighting to soften the structural mass in the evenings.

The interior spatial philosophy seamlessly carries the principles of modern tropical minimalism inward, focusing on a clean, light-filled material palette and a highly organized, open-plan layout.
