Modern Tropical Residence – Designed by KAID
A contemporary residence designed to balance privacy, climate responsiveness, and natural aesthetics. The front façade features a striking perforated screen wall, allowing filtered daylight and natural ventilation while maintaining privacy from the street.
The architectural language combines exposed concrete textures, vertical timber elements, and greenery, creating a warm yet modern character. The upper-level screen façade also acts as a passive shading device, reducing heat gain and enhancing indoor comfort.
The integrated car porch seamlessly blends into the architectural form, while the soft lighting, greenery cascading from the terrace edge, and minimalist material palette create a calm tropical living environment.
This design demonstrates how modern residential architecture can harmonize nature, privacy, and contemporary aesthetics within a compact urban setting.
