was founded as a manufacturer of Electric Cables, with a single extruder producing a limited range of cables. At that time, drawn wire was imported and only the extrusion function was undertaken by the company, backed by only a handful of employees. Our first expansion followed within a very short period of time in the early 1980s, and all the machinery required for the manufacture of cables was b
rought under one roof. As our manufacturing facility expanded, our products were also endorsed by the SLS Standards During the mid 1980s, the company also extended its capabilities to the manufacture of high voltage aluminium conductors, industrial copper cables and telephone cables to cater to the public sector, as well as the industrial construction sector. With a view to expand our range further, the late 1990s saw the investment of an entire set of sophisticated machinery, enabling us to expand our market share. This phase of expansion gave us a number of new products to compete with such as, network cables, auto cables, antenna cables, speaker and twin wires. The new millennium was welcomed with further improvements to our facilities, thus obtaining ISO 9001: 2000 certification for the organisation.
