DESIGN STAGE- Existing house & Basic 3D Views of the house in Jaltara.
The project is an alteration and addition to an existing single storey house which constructed 30 years back. The building has converted to a two storied house with all modern approaches for a modern day family.
Area of existing house - 1070 sq.ft
Area of new house - 2500 sq.ft
Project cost according to BOQ - Lk Rs.9m
If the house would be built without using the existing structure, the anticipated cost would be - Lk Rs 11.5m
