Today marks a special day at Analote.🎂 Founded in 2008, Analote is finally 18 years old. Through both successes and challenges, many of us stayed to nurture and grow Analote into what it is today.
There is an inside joke that this company has grown together with many of our children. In these years, not only have our children and the company grown; we have grown into better professionals, more understanding colleagues, and more inspiring leaders.
We are beyond thankful for everyone: our loyal employees, our trusted partners, our valued customers, and those of you who sincerely cheer for us at every milestone. Your support and trust mean the world to us, but we do not take it for granted. We promise to build more, learn more, and always stay trustworthy and worth cheering for. 🧡

Some numbers tell a story better than a slogan.
66% of our employees have worked for the company for more than 5 years, and 50 % worked with us for over 10 years. We are very proud that so many people choose to stay with us.
Low employee turnover isn’t something that happens by accident. It is built on trust, respect, and being heard every day. And no, every day isn’t perfect. When people feel valued, supported, and that everyone's contribution matters, they stay through highs and lows.
Thank you to everyone, whether this is your first year or you have been with us for over a decade. All of you have shaped the company into what it is today and we hope we will have many more years of shaping our workplace and growing together.

Every product is different, and some of them require custom packaging.🤓 These 2200x1200 and 1400x1200 pallets will very soon carry stylish furniture.🪑 These pallets are ideal for light furniture, and custom sizing makes sure that the product is safe from the warehouse to the end consumer.🙌

Galimybė gauti paramą iš jungtinio projekto „Privačių elektromobilių įkrovimo prieigų įrengimas“ pateikus paraišką Lietuvos energetikos agentūrai pagal paskelbtą kvietimą „Juridinių asmenų privačių elektromobilių įkrovimo prieigų įrengimas darbovietėse“ paskatino UAB "Analote" suplanuoti įsirengti elektromobilio įkrovimo prieigą (-as). Jungtinio projekto projektas įgyvendinamas pagal ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo planą „Naujos kartos Lietuva“, finansuojamą Europos Sąjungos ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo priemonės „NextGenerationEU“ lėšomis.
