It looks like our orienteering event is becoming a September tradition for our team. 🗺️

This Friday, 3 teams once again took to the streets of Vilnius – searching for locations, solving challenges, and enjoying some time together.

Thanks to our amazing colleagues, this year’s game was a little different: a specially developed app, medals, and all the equipment needed for the challenge – all created by our own team. 📱🏅

In the end, one thing became clear: a great game can be created by the team itself. And so can a great day. 🤝

Another Project Delivered in Copenhagen - 21Ø ! 👏🏢 🤝

21Ø Vibenshus is a 15,000 m² mixed-use development combining 9,000 m² of commercial space and 73 residential units, with the building rising from five to nine floors.

KG Constructions Group delivered the façade package, including 4,000 m² of unitized curtain walls with our fully bespoke system and 500 m² of stick curtain walling.

The complex geometry of the building required precise engineering and coordination to create a façade that complements the surrounding architecture while meeting high performance and sustainability requirements.

A great example of how design, engineering and craftsmanship come together to deliver a distinctive architectural result. 👏

Today, our BIM Manager Julius Zykus once again visited Vilniaus kolegija, where he met with students and introduced them to our company, our projects, the work of our design department, and career opportunities within the industry. 💡🏢

During the session, students had the opportunity to gain a closer look at how complex facade projects are developed and delivered – from the initial design stages through to the implementation of technical solutions. Julius also shared real-world experience from our projects, discussing the challenges faced by design teams and the solutions developed along the way.

A key part of the discussion focused on our design department – the knowledge and skills required to work in this field, what day-to-day work looks like within a design team, and the career opportunities available to young professionals looking to start or develop their careers in facade engineering and design. 🚀

It is always inspiring to meet future engineers, share real project experience, and see their curiosity and ambition. We are proud that talented specialists from Vilniaus kolegija have already joined our team, and we look forward to continuing to strengthen this collaboration. 🤝

UAB „Lignas“ pakeitė pavadinimą ir veiklos kryptį

Nuo rugsėjo 1 d. UAB „Lignas“ pakeitė pavadinimą į UAB „KGC Windows“ ir pradeda orientuotis į aliuminio langų bei durų gamybą.

Gamyba bus vykdoma įmonių grupei priklausančioje gamykloje Parapijoniškėse, naudojant esamą gamybinę bazę. Pagrindinis dėmesys bus skiriamas mažų ir vidutinių projektų užsakomajai gamybai.

Gamybiniai pajėgumai bus skirti Baltijos, Skandinavijos, UK ir kitoms Europos rinkoms. Taip siekiame dar lanksčiau atliepti partnerių poreikius ir pasiūlyti jiems pritaikytus gamybos sprendimus.

New contract signed in the UK - The Stone Yard: Our Next Big Step Forward! 🤝 👏 🏢

KG Constructions Group has signed a contract with Caddick Construction Limited for the façade of Block D as part of Phase 1 of Stone Yard development. Our team will be responsible for the manufacture and installation of 2 689 unitized façade elements across 30 floors (97.6 m height), as well as 156 m² of stick façade on the ground floor. This building will form part of a vibrant new quarter in Digbeth, offering 605 modern apartments with a landscaped podium.

The project is one of Birmingham’s most ambitious mixed-use developments. It brings new life to the Bullring Trading Estate with seven architecturally distinctive buildings, almost 1,000 apartments, landscaped courtyards, and a pedestrian-friendly boulevard connecting the neighbourhood over two phases. The architecture reflects the character of the area through brick and terracotta tones, diverse textures, and human-scale design, while at the same time creating a modern and sustainable living environment.

By securing this contract, we not only strengthen our presence in the UK market but also continue to demonstrate that KGC is growing, moving forward, and successfully competing in international projects. ✔️

Where the flow of the Neris River meets the energy of the city, a new mixed-use destination in Vilnius is taking shape🏗️📍✨

Rising at the intersection of the historic city centre and the modern Central Business District, AMPÈRA embodies the transformation of this part of the city while setting a new benchmark for living, working and business in one of the capital's most prestigious locations. 🏢

With a total area of 13,324 m², the AMPÈRA complex will become one of the next-generation mixed-use developments in central Vilnius. It seamlessly integrates residential, administrative and commercial spaces, bringing together diverse urban functions within a single architectural landmark. The project transforms an unfinished existing structure into a contemporary mixed-use development, creating new value while respecting its urban context.

The development stands out for its strategic location, high architectural standards and thoughtful integration into the evolving urban fabric of Vilnius city centre. The upper floors feature spacious terraces with panoramic city views, while the façade solutions have been engineered to deliver long-term durability, functionality and outstanding aesthetic quality.

KG Constructions Group's scope of work comprises the design, production, and installation of more than 7,600 m² of advanced façade systems, including:

▪️4,880 m² of unitized façade, comprising 728 façade units with Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and Titanium-Zinc cladding
▪️900 m² of structural glazed stick system façade in the ground-floor areas
▪️1,896 m² of ventilated façade

The scope also includes the installation of 27 external doors and 370 linear metres of glass, aluminium and steel balustrades.

A defining architectural feature of the development is the installation of 52 premium sliding terrace door systems, designed to maximise natural daylight while framing breathtaking panoramic views of Gediminas Castle and Vilnius Old Town.

Shaping Our Presence in Switzerland! 🇨🇭

Bringing the Pilatus Towers project to completion within the planned ex*****on timeline marks an important milestone for KGC — not only as our debut in the Swiss market, but also as one of the largest and most technically and highly challenging projects undertaken by our company.

📐The project included the design, production, and installation of 13,700 m² of bespoke unitized façade systems for two residential towers rising 115 m and 55 m.

🎯One of the key challenges was the high level of façade customization. On the first floor alone, 61 façade units were installed, with 59 unique element types, requiring exceptional manufacturing accuracy, meticulous planning, and precise installation. The project also featured a wide variety of façade configurations, colours, and integrated components, all delivered through KGC's fully bespoke UCW system with integrated venetian blinds.

Delivering a project of this complexity reflects strong engineering, careful coordination, and close collaboration across every project stage.

Pilatus Towers marks an important milestone for KGC and KGC Switzerland AG —not only as our first project in Switzerland, but also as a strong foundation for future projects in this market. Well done to the entire project team for their remarkable efforts👏 👏👏

🚀Skyline in Progress: 65 Crutched Friars Reaches a New Façade Milestone in London

Our project at 65 Crutched Friars in London continues to rise — and so does the façade installation progress.

🔴⚫️ We’ve now passing the 1,800 out of 2,550 unitized elements, marking a significant step forward in shaping this 20-storey landmark in the City of London.

✨A key highlight is the complexity of integrating multiple materials and geometries, now coming together to deliver a truly landmark project, bringing the vision of the tower closer to reality.

Located in the heart of London, near Fenchurch Street Station and the Tower of London, this mixed-use development will transform the site into a vibrant destination combining student accommodation with the new permanent home of the Migration Museum

👏 Great teamwork on site as we continue delivering:

· 9,075 m² of tower façades
· 939 m² of GRC cladding
· Approximately 2,300 unitized panels
· 1,382 post-fixed horizontal GRC spandrels
