🥵 On scorching summer days like we are experiencing right now, we all feel how much heat can affect everyday life. Shade, greenery and natural cooling become essential — Trees protect and help improve the urban microclimate. 🌳This also reminds us that architecture does not exist in isolation. It is connected to environmental conditions, building materials, and the way people experience spaces.🪵 Wood plays an important role in this context. When used carefully and responsibly, it is a natural and renewable building material with a spatial quality that makes architecture feel calmer and more comfortable. ✨ POV: Workspace Design is about translating a company’s journey into space. This week, GSK Stockmann celebrated its ✦ 10th anniversary ✦ in Luxembourg. Once again, our warmest congratulations on this important milestone in the company’s success story. 👏🏻 For us at BELVEDERE ARCHITECTURE, it was a real pleasure to be part of this festive moment — because we had the opportunity to shape a small chapter on their way : the design and spatial experience of their offices. 🥂 With the workspace concept for their Kirchberg facilities, we responded to what drives the legal practice : growth, identity and appreciation for the people who define this place every day. Well-designed environments do more than function — they give progress a form, values an atmosphere, and everyday work its own character. This mindset also includes a genuine place for art 🖼️. 🎉On 16 April, Niederkorn Mall celebrated its partial opening with its first shops. It is always special to see a project take shape in reality after existing for so long on the drawing board. BELVEDERE Architecture was responsible for the architectural conception through to the building permit stage, and we are very pleased to see the project now welcoming its first visitors. We wish everyone involved a successful start. 🛒

Full completion is expected in 2028/2029. Once completed, Niederkorn Mall will offer more than 30,000 sqm of space for retail, services and everyday convenience. 🛍️
