Thrilled to announce a remarkable addition to our portfolio: crafted replicas of stainless steel bridge connecting the lower part of Avenue John F Kennedy with the Three Oaks. As a leading 3D printing company, we take pride in supplying these extraordinary models to Luxembourgish politicians.

You know us, we love challenges, and this project was one of its kind because the original bridge is unique due to its material and design. The entire construction is made of stainless steel that does not rust, the outer sides of the walkway are so polished that you can see your reflection in it. This creates the effect of the bridge reflecting the surrounding nature, integrating into the landscape with discretion.

We successfully recreated every detail of this bridge using MJF 3D printing technology and Nylon PA12 material. After applying a glossy finish, it now mirrors the polished stainless steel of the authentic structure.
The glossy exterior not only captures the essence of the stainless-steel construction but also adds a touch of elegance, reflecting the surrounding nature and harmoniously blending into the picturesque landscape, or in memories taken home where our replicas would be placed.

6 years and 100,000 printed parts!

When we were notified by LinkedIn about our anniversary, we were all reminded that six years had already passed. While starting some new print jobs, cleaning and packing some parts, we took a moment to reflect and wondered about the total number of parts we had produced. Our calculations lead to the result that only a few more parts separated us from the milestone of 100.000 parts.

Yet here we are. What a journey it has been.

Considering that we are still dealing with a disruptive technology in the manufacturing industry, 6 years is a substantial period. However, in this fast-paced industry, everything is changing rapidly, better performing machines, new materials, new post processing options and better pricing will lead the way in the future.

Thank you all for your support and kind words and we invite you to be with us for the next six years!

Just a little teaser: in several weeks, we will announce a new material that will be part of our portfolio — a high-performing thermoplastic.

Just last month, the 2023 FNR Awards Ceremony took place, and we were excited to showcase our very special project.
The FNR has recently undergone some changes in its visual appearance, and as a part of that, we introduced a completely new look and style for the FNR Award, which includes a high-end 3D-printed floating trophy.
The trophy was coated with copper to commemorate Luxembourg's rich steel history. The combination of a shiny surface with advanced 3D printing illustrates the journey of Luxembourg, connecting the past and the future.

We've been working on an incredibly interesting project lately. In 2019, Odysseus Space based in Luxembourg, was founded with a clear mission: to open the way for a new era in space communication.

After having a great conversation with their team, it became evident that there are definitely exciting projects in our future.

They required a satellite mockup for the important fair. We received simplified files from Odysseus, which we then modified for 3D printing. Additionally, we incorporated automation, enabling it to rotate and demonstrate its capabilities effectively.

We used Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) for the hidden parts and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) for the visible components. Additionally at the end we incorporated some laser-cut parts and wrapped all moving sections in MLI foil.

3D printing's ability to create detailed, cost-effective, and customizable mockups makes it a fantastic tool for product development, design validation, and presentation to stakeholders or potential clients.

We're thrilled to have been involved in this project. If you'd like to explore how 3D printing can benefit your projects, feel free to reach out (here on Earth or in outer space).
