In this new house, the kitchen-dining room and the living room are separated by an open
staircase. A separate cloakroom and toilet are attached to this staircase. The ensemble
separates the two spaces without isolating them and allowing a fluid circulation, in everyday life as well as on reception days.

A good kitchen is always a combination of a functional environment and user-friendly
equipment. All the equipment must be at the right height as well as the countertop. Here
our customers have installed a cooktop system directly on the countertop and right behind
it, two ovens are installed like that they can cook and bake all in one place. Finally, this open
kitchen allows our clients to finish cooking while enjoying the company of their guest
friends. For quick meals, high chairs are used for dining directly on the central island.
Practical and elegant! Congratulations to our partner who made this beautiful
kitchen.

Last year we advised clients on the interior design and finishings of their house built with a developer. We guided them in their choice of materials, companies and for their custom-made furniture such as this high-end kitchen. This kitchen has light tones, design a graphic spirit and a sleek configuration with the handle less fronts.
Moreover, the light wood of the kitchen and the countertop match perfectly with the light
tone of the concrete floor. In addition, black accents in the kitchen, light fittings and shutters add some contrast and highlight the beauty of the selected materials.

This master bathroom has a lot of natural light coming through a large
bay window. To enhance this feeling of brightness, we advised our
clients to choose white walls and a dark wood Italian cabinet with black
accessories to bring contrast. This contrast also enhances the chosen
elements and the black accessories are matching the frame colour, that
we also advised. For the floor and the shower, we selected a light-coloured tile to add softness and harmony.

Last year we advised customers for their bathroom. Instead of choosing between chrome or
brass fixtures, we have selected a bolder option: black. Matt black faucets can look
fantastic with dark wood and light walls.

The old listed house
A few months ago we worked on an early 19th century listed house. Full of charm, the house
had structural defects, enclosed spaces, unused rooms and several floors broken into more
than a dozen different levels. Taking into account the wishes and needs of our customers,
we proposed a rationalisation of the levels and floors as well as an extension with large
openings and terraces. We used existing elements to keep the history of this house, while
introducing modern elements. Finally, we worked with an energy engineer to insulate the
house and enhance its energy performance.
