Designed around shape and light, we attempted to create a coffee shop that brings warm minimalism to life through soft, halo-lit arches and natural textures.
Deep recessed arches form cozy seating niches along the main hall, while custom woven rattan lamps anchor the bright, double-height atrium—creating a fluid balance between open heights and intimate spaces.

This home is designed to catch natural sunlight, keeping it energy-efficient and bright. At the center is a pool that every room looks out on, tying the whole house together. As you enter, patterned screens filter light and give you a peek of the pool while creating a smooth transition between the indoor space and the outdoor landscape.

အရည်အချင်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ (Requirements)
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ရာထူးအလိုက် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ သို့မဟုတ် ဒီပလိုမာ ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp နှင့် Revit ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် ရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။ (Fresh Graduate များလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။)
- အလုပ်အပေါ် စိတ်အားထက်သန်ပြီး တက်ကြွစွာလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။စနစ်တကျနှင့် တိကျသေချာစွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
