MODEL is recruiting a DESIGN ARCHITECT.

We are looking for a highly motivated Design Architect to join the team on a full-time basis.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:
• architectural and interior design
• development planning permits
• project cost estimation and viability
• project management
• property valuations
• site inspections
• tendering
• preparation of technical documentation

Requirements:
• A minimum 3 years of experience
• MQF Level 6 or 7 degree in Architecture
• Excellent verbal and graphical communication skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite & a 3D software
• Knowledge of BIM will be considered an asset
• Driving License
