Location is one of Landmark’s priorities: most of its properties can be found within the South of the island, where the towns and urban areas are less built up, and there is greater room for expansion and development. However, a number of property developments can also be found within the suburbs of Mellieha, the quaint little heart of Mgarr, and there is even a brand new development in the centre of St. Landmark Developers focus equally on the quality of their exteriors as well as the interiors: all properties have numerous finishing specifications, including electrical points, bathroom and ceramic tiles with complete sanitary ware, and telephone and television points readily installed. Johann Schembri, Proprietor of Landmark Developers, believes that his client relations are what makes his company so unique, and has inspired its continuing success. He is hands-on and is dedicated to dealing with all of his clients personally. Landmark Develpments accept property payments without heavy deposits, and can also offer part-exchanges on existing properties. Johann is also involved with Soutwin and JC property developers in Malta.
