This project is a residential block in the coastal town of Xlendi, Gozo, consisting of 60 apartments and 5 penthouses, covering a total area of approximately 1,100 square meters. The facade is characterized by spacious balconies and arched elements that break the symmetry on the facade, adding a distinctive and visually appealing touch to the building.
